About Us

Elizabeth Pfister is the owner and clinician at Flourishing Pathways Consulting L.L.C. Elizabeth is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA). Elizabeth has been in the ABA field for over a decade and has almost two decades of experience of training and supporting others in various fields and topics. Elizabeth started her ABA career working with adults with severe intellectual disabilities, developmental conditions, autism, and psychiatric diagnoses in residential facilities. She branched out into working in-home with children and teenagers with autism and developmental delays in 2015. Since then, Elizabeth has been in multiple director positions, has held senior leadership positions, and has been in director roles over multiple different states. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biology, a Master’s degree in Psychology, a post-Master’s certification in Applied Behavior Analysis, and a Leadership Certificate in Leadership Essentials from eCornell University. 

Elizabeth is deeply committed to providing compassionate care, ensuring that every individual she works with feels valued and heard. Her approach prioritizes assent, recognizing the importance of mutual agreement and respect in all interactions. Upholding the highest standards of ethics, she strives to create a supportive and trustworthy environment where ethical considerations guide every decision. In addition to her direct clinical work, Elizabeth has comprehensive experience in increasing clinical operations efficiency and staff productivity through training and development, program management, and process improvement. She has expertise in devising, writing, and improving programs, training, policies, and procedures. Elizabeth’s experience extends to improving clinical quality metrics, developing systems, and evaluating program effectiveness. 

Throughout her professional career, Elizabeth has been recognized for promoting and implementing positive change to encourage people towards behavior change and reduced turnover. Her critical thinking and problem-solving skills enables her to determine critical issues and take appropriate initiatives to drive process enhancement. Elizabeth is passionate about applying her key skills, knowledge, and experience to individuals, families, and organizations that promote excellence, foster teamwork, and drive innovation.
